Returning to It

Tomorrow the dorms at EKU open back up and I’ll be returning to school. Meanwhile, the winter weather conveniently began to poke its head out. My buddy flier Horace is just about to fly off his hours with one of the many instructors returning, and we will hopefully begin our time building in whatever good weather shows up.

Once I get back, I will also need to finish my studying for the commercial written exam. I have an option to take it on either the 28th or February 10th, but due to new program procedures I may have to take the latter. Before break I just required a sign off from the director, however now I need to complete online tests before obtaining it and scheduling the exam. So my plan is to study hard and finish this weekend, complete the tests and obtain the sign off on Monday and Tuesday, and if that works out sign up for the 28th. I believe it should work out, but if not I have outs.

This post was more of an update of my progress since I’ve been busy packing and saying goodbye, and I will be back next week with the normal content. Thanks for reading!
